Urgent Home Repair Consultation

Request an on-site or virtual consultation on a home repair or issue that needs attention either ASAP or sometime in the near future. Provide the pertinent information on the specific issue and we'll come out to consult or walk you through online.
Property Management Consultation

- Think of us as a transaction coordinator for every property you manage
- We facilitate getting utilities turned on with what services that are available in the area using proprietary software that makes it easy and hassle free.
-We do check in safety/maintenance orientations on new clients with pics and videos of the condition of the property. Kinda like when you rent a car and you check the car for dent and scratches before you get the keys. Introducing the client to the property showing them the do's and don'ts of the property. Making sure that all the doors and windows lock properly. Smoke detectors work. When to change the air filter, where the water shutoffs are. How to use the appliances properly. etc...
-We can do quarterly/ biannual/ or annual property check ups.
-We can shop and schedule repairs to be made, upon approval, for an additional fee. We can oversee these repairs and make sure they are done correctly.
-We can provide check out property inspections to see the condition of the property for the clients deposit purposes.
-We can keep a digital vault of each property to keep paperwork of tenant agreements, repair receipts, pics and videos of the property that are accessible by the tenant, property manager and property owner.
Contractor Construction Check-Up Appointment
Whether you're having an addition put on your existing home or having repairs done to your Newly Constructed Home, we can come evaluate any work done to make sure it's up to standard.
Weather or Catastrophic Event Consultation
